Tier 2 Capital Instruments definition

Tier 2 Capital Instruments means any instrument or other obligation issued or entered into by the Issuer or a Subsidiary that constitutes Tier 2 capital of the Issuer pursuant to the Capital Regulations.
Tier 2 Capital Instruments means any instrument or other similar obligation issued by the Issuer or a Subsidiary that constitutes Tier 2 Capital of either (i) the Issuer, on an unconsolidated basis or (ii) the Group on a consolidated basis for the purposes of the Capital Regulations that rank or are expressed to rank senior to the Capital Securities by operation of law or contract.
Tier 2 Capital Instruments means all obligations which constitute, or which upon issue constituted, Tier 2 Capital of the Issuer.
