Significant Property Damage definition

Significant Property Damage means any incident resulting in significant damage to the Leased Property including, but not limited to the following: fires, floods, avalanches, earthquakes, catastrophic structure failure, roof collapse, or any Force Majeure Event caused by either man or nature.
Significant Property Damage shall have the meaning given such term in Section 20.3.2.
Significant Property Damage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

  • In the event of a Severe Incident (defined in Section 20.3.1 below) or Significant Property Damage (defined in Section 20.3.2 below) (in each case, an “Incident”), Tenant shall notify Landlord within twenty-four (24) hours of learning of the occurrence of any such Incident via email at ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • Significant Property Damage refers to damage that, at the time of the incident, is reasonably believed by the Company to exceed: Minnesota - $300.00.


More Definitions of Significant Property Damage

Significant Property Damage means damage to real or personal property where the lesser of the cost of repair or replacement is more than $1 million. Damage costs include the cost of labor and material to restore the property to the service condition which existed prior to the casualty, but does not include the cost of salvage, cleaning, gas freeing, dry docking or demurrage.
