THE DIAMOND ACRES RV RESORT definition

THE DIAMOND ACRES RV RESORT means the property described in Exhibit "A" together with all amendments thereto.

  • Nothing in this Declaration shall, however, obligate the Developer to add to the initial portion of the Properties or to develop future portions of THE DIAMOND ACRES RV RESORT.

  • Any easements, restrictions, reservations, or conditions shown, or to be shown, on the various plats for THE DIAMOND ACRES RV RESORT.

  • SPE means any bankruptcy-remote, special-purpose entity created in connection with the financing of settlement float with respect to customer funds or otherwise.

  • CREST means the system for the paperless settlement of trades and the holding of uncertificated securities operated by EUI in accordance with the Uncertificated Regulations, as amended from time to time.

  • Operating Lessee means, with respect to a Hotel Property, the Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor that leases such Hotel Property from a Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor that is the owner or ground lessee of such Hotel Property.

  • Wagon means any Rollingstock designed to carry any load other than passengers;

  • Timber owner means any person having all or any part of the legal interest in timber. Where such timber is subject to a contract of sale, "timber owner" shall mean the contract purchaser.

  • Sub-Lessee means a lease/license by a Lessee of part or all of leased space to another person.

  • Operating Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Property Owners association" or "association" means an incorporated or unincorporated entity upon

  • Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade Copper Loops, digital Copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and Integrated Services Digital Network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the Copper Loops are in service or held as spares. A Copper Loop includes attached electronics using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) technology, but does not include packet, cell or frame switching capabilities.

  • Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner. The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part.   • Crown land means land in which there is a Crown interest or a Duchy interest;

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
