Texas Lease Agreement definition

Texas Lease Agreement means that certain lease agreement, dated as of October 1, 2012, between RHP Operations GT, LLC, as lessee and RHP Property GT, LP, as lessor, as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.
Texas Lease Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Lease Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2023, between RHP Operations GT, LLC, as lessee and RHP Property GT, LP, as lessor, as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.

  • The parties hereby agree that this document contains the entire agreement between the parties and this Texas Lease Agreement shall not be modified, changed, altered or amended in any way except through a written amendment signed by all of the parties hereto.

  • In the event that Landlord exercises its right to repair such uninhabitable portion, the rental shall xxxxx in the proportion that the injured parts bears to the whole Premises, and such part so injured shall be restored by Landlord as speedily as practicable, after which the full rent shall recommence and the Texas Lease Agreement continue according to its terms.

  • Any and all alterations, changes, and/or improvements built, constructed or placed on the Premises by Tenant shall, unless otherwise provided by written agreement between Landlord and Tenant, be and become the property of Landlord and remain on the Premises at the expiration or earlier termination of this Texas Lease Agreement.

  • In the event that Tenant shall record this Texas Lease Agreement, this Texas Lease Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.

Related to Texas Lease Agreement

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Use Agreement means a written agreement between a primary licensee and a Type S applicant or licensee that specifies the designated area of the Type S licensee, the days and hours in which the Type S licensee is assigned to use the common-use area, any allocation of responsibility for compliance pursuant to Section 40196, and an acknowledgement that the Type S licensee has sole and exclusive use of the common- use area during the Type S licensee’s assigned time period.

  • Memorandum of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c)(iii).

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Master Leases means the PropCo Master Leases and each other Material Master Lease.

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants and restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements which are Permitted Encumbrances and such other agreements as may be granted in accordance with Section 19.1.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.
