Termination Transition Period definition

Termination Transition Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 34.3 (Termination Transition Period).
Termination Transition Period means the period relating to the performance of Termination Transition Assistance, which shall be the period designated by Clearwire, up to a maximum of twelve (12) months and shall commence only upon the termination of this Agreement.

Related to Termination Transition Period

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Retention Period means the minimum time that must pass after the creation, recording, or receipt of a record, or the fulfillment of certain actions associated with a record, before it is eligible for destruction.

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
