Term Reset Date definition

Term Reset Date means the Business Day immediately preceding a Term Effective Date.
Term Reset Date. With respect to the Blended Rate, the second Business Day preceding a Term Funding Date.

Examples of Term Reset Date in a sentence

  • Six Business Days before any Term Reset Date, the Remarketing Agent will determine the Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate pursuant to the standard set forth in the first sentence of this Subsection 5.03(a).

  • If all Available Remarketing Class A Certificates are not remarketed for a price equal to the Current Class A Certificate Balance thereof, beginning on the date that would have been the Term Reset Date, the Class A Certificates will bear interest at the Weekly Reset Rate.

  • Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);

  • SOFR Reset Date means each Business Day during the relevant Interest Period, provided however that if both a Benchmark Event and a SOFR Index Cessation Date have occurred, it shall mean: (i) in respect of the period from, and including, the first day of the Interest Period in which the SOFR Index Cessation Date falls (such Interest Period, the "Affected Interest Period") to, but excluding, the SOFR Index Cessation Date (such period, the "Partial SOFR Period"), each Business Day during the Partial SOFR Period; (ii) in respect of the period from, and including, the SOFR Index Cessation Date to, but excluding, the Interest Payment Date in respect of the Affected Interest Period (such period, the "Partial Fallback Period"), each New York City Banking Day during the Partial Fallback Period; and (iii) in respect of each Interest Period subsequent to the Affected Interest Period, each New York City Banking Day during the relevant Interest Period; and

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Interest Reset Date means, with respect to any Interest Period with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, the first day of such Interest Period; provided that if any Interest Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, that Interest Reset Date will be postponed to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day, except that if that Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Interest Reset Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Optional Reset Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.7.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Second Reset Date means the date specified as such in the Final Terms;

  • Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in paragraph (a) of Section 4 of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.

  • First Reset Date means the date specified in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable;

  • Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • Incremental Term Maturity Date means, with respect to Incremental Term Loans of any Series, the scheduled date on which such Incremental Term Loans shall become due and payable in full hereunder, as specified in the applicable Incremental Facility Agreement.

  • Daily Rate Period means a period commencing on one Business Day and extending to, but not including, the next succeeding Business Day, during which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Period has the meaning set forth in section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Initial Term Loan Maturity Date means September 24, 2014 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.
