Term of the Equipment Advance definition

Term of the Equipment Advance means, with respect to each Hard Cost Equipment Advance, thirty-six (36) months; with respect to each Other Equipment Advance, twenty-four (24) months; and with respect to the GECC Payoff Equipment Advance, twenty-seven (27) months.

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Term Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Non-Extension Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Equipment Loan means middle market equipment loans that consist of loans made to obligors in the United States of America primarily secured by new or used transportation equipment and managed by the Equipment Finance reporting category of the Commercial Lending and Leasing division of GE Capital.

  • Term SOFR Advance means an Advance denominated in Dollars which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.

  • Equipment Line is an Equipment Advance or Equipment Advances in an aggregate amount of up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).

  • Loan Period means, with respect to each LIBOR Rate Loan, the period commencing on the Funding Date for such LIBOR Rate Loan and ending on the numerically corresponding day one (1) month, two (2) months, three (3) months or six (6) months thereafter, as specified by the Borrower in the Notice of Borrowing submitted under Section 2.04; provided, however, that:

  • Draw Period is the period of time from the Effective Date through the earlier to occur of (a) June 30, 2012, or (b) an Event of Default.

  • Second Draw Period is the period commencing on December 1, 2015 and ending on the earlier of (i) January 31, 2016 and (ii) the occurrence of an Event of Default; provided, however, that the Second Draw Period shall not commence if on December 1, 2015, an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.

  • Unapplied Non-Extension Advance means any Non-Extension Advance other than an Applied Non-Extension Advance.

  • Applied Non-Extension Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).

  • Shared-Loss Loan Commitment Advance means an advance pursuant to a Shared-Loss Loan Commitment with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not made a Permitted Advance.

  • The Advance Work Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.

  • Loan Term means the term of this Loan Agreement provided in Sections 3.01 and 3.03 hereof and in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

  • Extended Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).

  • Term Loan Advances are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Non-Extended Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(d).

  • Tranche A Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Performing Equipment Note Person", "Pool Balance", "Rating Agencies", "Ratings Confirmation", "Regular Distribution Date", "Replacement Liquidity Facility", "Responsible Officer", "Scheduled Payment", "Special Payment", "S&P", "Stated Interest Rate", "Subordination Agent", "Taxes", "Threshold Rating", "Trust Agreement", "Trustee", "Underwriters", "Underwriting Agreement", "United States" and "Written Notice".

  • Equipment Maturity Date is defined in Section 2.1.1.
