Draw Period definition

Draw Period is the period of time from the Effective Date through the earlier to occur of (a) March 31, 2012 or (b) an Event of Default.
Draw Period means, for each Credit Facility, the period commencing on the Commitment Commencement Date and ending on the Commitment Termination Date.
Draw Period. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the period consisting of either the first five, ten or fifteen years after the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan, during which the related Mortgagor is permitted to make Draws.

Draw Period. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time specified in the related Credit Line Agreement whereby a Mortgagor may make a Draw under the related Credit Line Agreement, not to exceed five, ten or fifteen years (as applicable) unless extended pursuant to such Credit Line Agreement and the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, such extension to be limited by the provisions of the related Transfer Agreement.
Draw Period means the period commencing upon November 1, 2014 and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) March 31, 2015, and (ii) an Event of Default; provided, however, that upon the occurrence of the Draw Period Milestone Event, the “Draw Period” shall mean the period commencing upon November 1, 2014 and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) September 30, 2015, and (ii) an Event of Default.
