Tenant's Modifications definition

Tenant's Modifications means Tenant's Modifications as defined in Section 7.2(c).
Tenant's Modifications shall refer to revisions or modifications to Tenant's Plans requested by Landlord in order that same shall comply with Landlord's Approval Criteria. Within seven (7) days following Tenant's receipt of the Tenant's Modifications, Tenant shall revise Tenant's Plans and submit Tenant's Modifications to Landlord for Landlord's approval. Within seven (7) days following receipt by Landlord of such Tenant's Modifications, Landlord shall give its written approval thereto or shall request further revisions or modifications therein (but relating only to the extent that Tenant's Modifications fail to comply with Landlord's Approval Criteria). The preceding two sentences shall be implemented repeatedly until Landlord gives its written approval to the Tenant's Modifications. Within seven (7) days after Landlord has given its written approval of Tenant's Plans, as modified by Tenant's Modifications, Tenant shall transmit to Landlord six (6) copies (and one CAD version) of final Tenant's Plans which incorporate Tenant's Modifications.

Related to Tenant's Modifications

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Basic Terms Modification means any proposal:

  • this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Permitted Modification shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.02.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Modifications means any amendments, supplements, modifications, renewals, replacements, consolidations, severances, substitutions and extensions of any document or instrument from time to time; “Modify”, “Modified,” or related words shall have meanings correlative thereto.

  • Major renovation means the renovation of a building where:

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Required Modification shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • Landlord Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form provided by Lender to Borrower or such other form as Lender may agree to accept.

  • Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements, if any, in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all leasehold improvements situated in or on the Leased Real Property and owned by Seller.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
