Definition of Tenant's Estimated Share of Operating Expenses

  1. Tenant's Estimated Share of Operating Expenses means the result obtained by multiplying Tenant's Percentage of Operating Expenses by the Estimated Operating Expenses. Tenant's Estimated Share of Operating Expenses for any fractional Operating Year shall be calculated by determining Tenant's Estimated Share of Operating Expenses for the relevant Operating Year and then prorating such amount over such fractional Operating Year.
