Definition of Tenants Estimated Share of Operating Expenses


Tenants Estimated Share of Operating Expenses means the result obtained by multiplying Tenants Percentage of Operating Expenses by the Estimated Operating Expenses and then subtracting from the result the Expense Stop. Tenants Estimated Share of Operating Expenses for any fractional Operating Year shall be calculated by determining Tenants Estimated Share of Operating Expenses for the relevant Operating Year and then prorating such amount over such fractional Operating Year.

Examples of Tenants Estimated Share of Operating Expenses in a sentence

TENANT shall reimburse LANDLORD monthly with each rent payment an amount equal to12th of Tenant's Estimated Share of Operating Expenses.
The Final Expense Adjustment shall be calculated by subtracting Tenants Estimated Share of Operating Expenses from the Tenants Share of Operating Expenses.
Landlord shall furnish to Tenant, on or before December 31 of each calendar year during the term hereof, a statement for the next succeeding calendar year setting forth Tenant's Estimated Share of Operating Expenses.
