Temporarily Delicensed Beds definition

Temporarily Delicensed Beds means beds authorized by the Maryland Health Care Commission, consistent with COMAR 10.24.0103C, permitting the facility to remove beds from its license on a temporary basis that are maintained on the Commission’s inventory for a period not to exceed one year.
