Temple Fund definition

Temple Fund means the Shri Jagannath Temple Fund constituted under Section 28;
Temple Fund means the Nathdwra Temple Fund administercd by the Nathdwara Temple Board and consisting of all moneys received as offerings, bhent, or any other gifts or contribution made by the public for the maintenance or support of the temple or for the performance of any service or charity connected therewith and all income derived from the moveable and immoveable properties at the temple ;

Temple Fund means the endowments and includes - all sums, offerings, bhents and any other gift or contribution made for the benefit of the Shrine and also includes all the endowments which have been or may hereafter be made for the benefit of the Shrine, its seva puja and for the purposes subservient to the purposes mentioned in the deed of Shri Sanwaliaji Trust; and
Temple Fund means the Sree Koodalmanickam Temple Fund constituted under section 23.

Related to Temple Fund

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Distributable Funds with respect to any month or other period, as applicable, shall mean an amount equal to the Cash Flow of the Company for such month or other period, as applicable, as reduced by reserves for anticipated capital expenditures, future working capital needs and operating expenses, contingent obligations and other purposes of the Company or any Subsidiary, the amounts of which shall be reasonably determined from time to time by the Management Committee.

  • Eligible Fund means an open-end fund managed by Xxxxxx and designated by the Boards as a fund that may be chosen by a Participant as a fund in which the Participant’s Account may be deemed to be invested.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Reportable Fund means any 1940-Act registered open end investment company for which an Adviser serves as investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(2) of the 1940 Act, or any 1940-Act registered investment company whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls an Adviser, is Controlled by an Adviser or is under common Control with an Adviser.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Upper-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • Expense Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14(f).

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Insurance Fund means the pest control insurance fund established pursuant to this compact.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
