Reportable Fund definition

Reportable Fund means any 1940-Act registered open end investment company for which an Adviser serves as investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(2) of the 1940 Act, or any 1940-Act registered investment company whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls an Adviser, is Controlled by an Adviser or is under common Control with an Adviser.
Reportable Fund means any investment company registered under the Investment Company Act for which the Adviser serves as an investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(20) of the Investment Company Act or any investment company registered under the Investment Company Act whose investment adviser or principal underwriter controls the Adviser, is controlled by the Adviser or is under common control with the Adviser.
Reportable Fund means any registered investment company, i.e., mutual fund, for which our Firm, or a control affiliate, acts as investment adviser, as defined in section 2(a) (20) of the Investment Company Act, or principal underwriter.

  • Therefore, while the lists of Reportable Funds and Exempt ETFs are subject to change, it is ultimately the responsibility of all Access Persons to review these lists which can be found in Exhibit(s) One and Two, prior to making an investment in a Reportable Fund or ETF.

More Definitions of Reportable Fund

Reportable Fund means any open-end fund for which Cohen & Steers acts as investment advisor or subadvisor or principal underwriter. See Appendix A for a list of Reportable Funds.
Reportable Fund means any fund registered under the Investment Company Act that (a) is advised or sub-advised by BGIM, or (b) is advised, sub-advised, or principally underwritten by Legg Mason or any entity controlled or under common control with Legg Mason. Reportable Funds include, but are not necessarily limited to the Legg Mason Partners Funds, the Legg Mason Funds, the Western Asset Funds and the Royce Funds.
Reportable Fund means (a) any fund registered under the Investment Company Act for which a Legg Mason Registered Adviser serves as an investment adviser, or (b) any fund registered under the Investment Company Act whose investment adviser or principal underwriter is controlled by or under common control with Legg Mason. For purposes of this definition, “investment adviser” has the same meaning as it does in section 2(a)(20) of the Investment Company Act, and “control” has the same meaning as it does in Section 2(a)(9) of the Investment Company Act.
Reportable Fund means any Fund for which the Adviser serves as an investment adviser ( as defined in Section 2(a)(20) of the 1940 Act), or any Fund whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls, is Controlled by or is under common Control with the Adviser.
Reportable Fund means: (i) any fund for which the adviser serves as an investment adviser as defined in section 2(a)(20) of the Investment Company Act of 1940; or (ii) any fund whose investment adviser or principal underwriter controls the Adviser, is controlled by the Adviser, or is under common control with the Adviser. For purposes of this section, control has the same meaning as it does in section 2(a)(9) of the Investment Company Act.
Reportable Fund means any commingled investment vehicle (except money market funds and ETFs), or Exchange Traded Note (“ETN”) for which the Advisors act as investment advisor, sub-advisor, principal underwriter, or marketing agent.
Reportable Fund means (i) any of the Funds; (ii) any other RIC for which a Company serves as an investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(20) of the Act; or (iii) any RIC whose investment adviser or principal underwriter controls a Company, or is under common control with a Company.
