Definition of TCEH Intercompany Notes


TCEH Intercompany Notes means, collectively: (a) that certain intercompany promissory note for principal and interest payments, dated as of October 10, 2007, as amended and restated, by and among EFH Corp., as maker, and TCEH, as payee; (b) that certain intercompany promissory note for SG&A, dated as of October 10, 2007, as amended and restated, by and among EFH Corp., as maker, and TCEH, as payee; and (c) that certain intercompany promissory note, dated as of February 22, 2010, as amended and restated, by and among TCEH, as maker, and EFH Corp., as payee.
