Intercompany Loans definition

Intercompany Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.05(h).

More Definitions of Intercompany Loans

Intercompany Loans means, collectively, (i) the loans more particularly described on Schedule 5.22 and (ii) those loans or other extensions of credit made by any Consolidated Company to another Consolidated Company satisfying the terms and conditions set forth in Section 7.01 or as may otherwise be approved in writing by the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.
