Global Intercompany Note definition
Global Intercompany Note means the global intercompany note substantially in the form of Exhibit F pursuant to which intercompany obligations and advances owed by any Loan Party are subordinated to the Obligations.
Global Intercompany Note means a promissory note substantially in the form of Exhibit H executed by the Borrower and each wholly owned Restricted Subsidiary.

Notwithstanding the foregoing any promissory note among the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries need not be delivered to the Collateral Agent so long as (i) a global intercompany note (including the Global Intercompany Note) superseding such promissory note has been delivered to the Collateral Agent, and (ii) such promissory note is not delivered to any other party other than the Borrower or any other Credit Party, in each case, owed money thereunder.
