Tariff Invoices definition

Tariff Invoices shall have the meaning set forth in Article 6.

  • SECTION 15 INVOICING 15.1 Distribution Tariff Invoices EPC will provide invoices to each Retailer as set out in the Distribution Tariff Rate Schedule and Fee Schedule.

  • The further phrases, “such payment” used in Article 6.3 would also clearly refer to the amounts mentioned in the Monthly Tariff Invoices.

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
