Target Receivables Amount definition

Target Receivables Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Loans outstanding on such day plus (b) the aggregate LC Exposure on such day plus (c) the Required Subordinated Amount on such day.
Target Receivables Amount shall have, with respect to any Outstanding Series, the meaning specified in the related Supplement for such Outstanding Series.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

Receivables owing from one Account Debtor will not be deemed Eligible Receivables to the extent they exceed 25% of the total Receivables outstanding**.
