The Administrative Agent shall not incur any liability by acting in reliance upon (i) information supplied to it by the LC Agent as to the Aggregate LC Exposure at any time or (ii) any notice, consent, certificate, statement, or other writing (which may be a bank wire, telex, facsimile transmission or similar writing) believed by it to be genuine or to be signed by the proper party or parties.
The Account Parties may at any time terminate, or from time to time reduce, the Commitments; provided that (i) each reduction of the Commitments shall be in an amount that is $25,000,000 or a larger multiple of $5,000,000 and (ii) the Account Parties shall not terminate or reduce the Commitments if the Aggregate LC Exposure would exceed the Commitments.

The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, permit Aggregate L/C Exposure (a) at any time to be less than 100% cash collateralized or (b) at any time to exceed $15,000,000.
