Aggregate LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time.
Aggregate LC Exposure means the aggregate amount of the LC Exposures of each of the Lenders.
Aggregate LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the aggregate amount that is (or may thereafter become) available for drawing under all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time plus (ii) the aggregate unpaid amount of all Reimbursement Obligations outstanding at such time.

Aggregate LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the aggregate amount that is (or may thereafter become) available for drawing under all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time and (ii) the aggregate unpaid amount of all LC Reimbursement Obligations at such time.
Aggregate LC Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the Domestic LC Exposure, the Ex-Im LC Exposure and the Canadian LC Exposure.
