Required Subordinated Amount definition

Required Subordinated Amount means, as of a date, the sum of:
Required Subordinated Amount means, with respect to any Tranche of a Senior Class of Notes, the amount specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Required Subordinated Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the product of (i) the Subordinated Percentage and (ii) the Invested Amount on such date and (b) the Incremental Subordinated Amount.

Required Subordinated Amount means:
Required Subordinated Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Subordinated Percentage and (B) the Invested Amount as of the opening of business on such date and (ii) the Incremental Subordinated Amount.

Required Subordinated Amount means, with respect to any Tranche of a Senior Class of CHASEseries Notes, the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount of a Subordinated Class of CHASEseries Notes, as specified in the applicable Terms Document for such Tranche of the Senior Class, that is required to be Outstanding and available on any date in each Monthly Period during which the Senior Class is Outstanding.
Required Subordinated Amount means, with respect to any tranche of a senior class of Notes, the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount of a subordinated class of Notes, as specified in the applicable terms document for such tranche of the senior class, that is required to be outstanding and available on any date the senior class is Outstanding.
Required Subordinated Amount has, for any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
