System-wide Programs definition

System-wide Programs means local, area-based or city-wide Programming offered within and across the Community Centre Network to provide key developmental, health, cultural or social benefits to the city-wide community or a specific sub-population of the city-wide community, and which programs are designated by the Park Board, as further described in Section 7.3;
System-wide Programs means the DSM programs being delivered under the EEU structure pursuant to the Board’s regular budget-setting cycle under 30 V.S.A. § 209(d) and does not include any additional DSM offered or required to be offered under DUP or to address a Reliability Deficiency under this MOU.
