System Registration definition

System Registration means the process by which data, information, payment and necessary approvals are collected from the Client in order to provide Client access to the System. 系统注册,✁指从客户那里收集数据、信息、付款和必要批准以使客户可以访问系统✁过程。
System Registration. Proper System Registration consists of (2) separate but co-dependent activities. First, the System Owner is responsible for registering the CS in their respective Component information system registry, and for the DA the system registry is the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS).
