System Registration definition

System Registration means the process by which data, information, payment and necessary approvals are collected from the Client in order to provide Client access to the System. 系统注册,✁指从客户那里收集数据、信息、付款和必要批准以使客户可以访问系统✁过程。
System Registration. Proper System Registration consists of (2) separate but co-dependent activities. First, the System Owner is responsible for registering the CS in their respective Component information system registry, and for the DA the system registry is the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS). 3.4.1 Upon proper registration in APMS the System Owner will receive an APMS ID, referred to herein as “DITPR ID”. The DITPR ID will then support the second activity of System Registration, eMASS registration. The System Owner will be responsible for creating the initial eMASS registration of the system. The Contractor shall coordinate with CEHNC to obtain an eMASS account. The Contractor will be required to submit a completed DD Form 2875 and complete the eMASS Computer Based Training (CBT) (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ext/cop/iase/emass/Pages/training.aspx). Upon completion of the required training, CEHNC and the System Owner will ensure the eMASS administrators for the system apply the appropriate permissions for the contractor’s access to the system registration. Access to eMASS will require the Contractor to have a valid CAC and access to the NIPRnet or SIPRnet as applicable. In some cases, not having access to a military (.mil) network can be mitigated by using the DISA BootMe. The contractor will need to be provided a domain network account by the customer. Then, the customer and or USACE can request a custom DISA BootMe disk with the appropriate VPN setup into the customers .mil (▇▇▇.▇▇▇) network. This allows access to many .mil networks, including eMASS from any CAC enabled laptop or desktop. 3.4.2 The Contractor shall record the DITPR ID in the System Identification field within the Security Plan
