System Definition definition

System Definition means the steam, water and miscellaneous utilities distribution systems of, but not limited, to all piping, hangers, valves and components associated with the mechanical fluids (domestic hot and cold water, Hydraulic heating, steam, condensate, chilled water, storm and sewer system piping, etc.).
System Definition means the heating, air conditioning, ventilation and miscellaneous mechanical systems or sub-components consisting of but not limited to all piping, pumps, motors, fans, refrigerant, valves associated with the mechanical-HVAC systems.
