Examples of ISDA Definitions in a sentence
For the purposes of this subparagraph (i), Floating Rate, Calculation Agent, Floating Rate Option, Designated Maturity and Reset Date have the meanings given to those terms in the ISDA Definitions.
ISDA’s representative indicated that if the feedback from the various consultations was sufficiently aligned, ISDA might consider amending the 2006 ISDA Definitions to include provisions for EURIBOR and EUR LIBOR fallbacks and in the supplement that will amend the 2006 ISDA Definitions to incorporate fallback provisions for the other IBORs already consulted on, as well as a protocol that will allow market participants to amend their legacy trades to include such provisions.
For the purposes of this subparagraph (A), “Floating Rate”, “Calculation Agent”, “Floating Rate Option”, “Designated Maturity” and “Reset Date” have the meanings given to those terms in the ISDA Definitions.
For the purposes of this subparagraph (i), ISDA Rate for an Interest Period means a rate equal to the Floating Rate that would be determined by the Agent under an interest rate swap transaction if the Agent were acting as Calculation Agent for that swap transaction under the terms of an agreement incorporating the 2006 ISDA Definitions, as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.
