Swing Bank definition

Swing Bank means SunTrust Bank, or any other Lender who shall agree with the Administrative Agent to act as Swing Bank.

Swing Bank means, at any time, Scotiabank or such other Lender which becomes the replacement Swing Bank at such time.

Swing Bank means Citicorp or such other Lender who shall also be the Agent or who shall agree with the Agent to act as Swing Bank.

• Each Swing Loan shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to Revolving Loans, except that all payments thereon shall be payable to the Swing Bank solely for its own account.
