U.S. Swingline Lender definition
U.S. Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as lender of U.S. Swingline Loans hereunder.
U.S. Swingline Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.
