Supported Obligations definition

Supported Obligations means the Loan Obligations, the obligations of the Obligors under the Loan Documents and the Other Supported Obligations;
Supported Obligations has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a). ---------------------

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the Agent shall apply the proceeds of realization arising from the enforcement of this Agreement or any other Loan Document and of any credit or compensating balance in reduction of the Loan Obligations and the Other Supported Obligations on a pro rata basis.

  • Each Other Supported Party, by its acceptance of the benefit of any Guarantees, shall be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the provisions of this Agreement applicable to Other Supported Parties and regarding the terms upon which the Other Supported Obligations are supported by the Guarantees, and authorizes and directs the Agent to act accordingly.
