Supplemental Lease Rent definition

Supplemental Lease Rent means any and all amounts, liabilities and obligations (other than Basic Lease Rent) that PPL Montana assumes or agrees to pay under the Operative Documents (whether or not identified as "Supplemental Lease Rent") to the Owner Lessor or any other Person, including Termination Value.

Supplemental Lease Rent means any and all amounts, liabilities and obligations (other than Basic Lease Rent or any amount determined by reference thereto) that TVA assumes, agrees to or is required to pay under the Transaction Documents (whether or not identified as “Supplemental Lease Rent”) to the Owner Lessor or any other Person, including Termination Value and Make Whole Premium.
Supplemental Lease Rent means any and all amounts, liabilities, indemnities and obligations (other than Basic Lease Rent) of Midwest which arise out of, or which Midwest assumes or agrees to pay under, the Operative Documents (whether or not identified as “Supplemental Lease Rent”) to the Owner Lessor or any other Person, including, but not limited to, Termination Value, Make-Whole Premium, and Transaction Costs (other than costs, fees and expenses associated with or resulting from a Lease Indenture Event of Default which is not a Lease Event of Default).
