Subsequent Capital Contribution definition

Subsequent Capital Contribution means, with respect to any Member, any Capital Contribution made by such Member after such Member’s Initial Capital Contribution.
Subsequent Capital Contribution means a Capital Contribution of any Member or of all the Members, as the case may be, other than an Initial Capital Contribution.
Subsequent Capital Contribution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
