Initial Capital Contributions definition

Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Such Initial Capital Contributions may include, provided the necessary regulatory approvals are obtained, open futures positions (and will include open forward positions), as well as cash (U.S. dollars in immediately available funds).

More Definitions of Initial Capital Contributions

Initial Capital Contributions means the Interests held in Wireless Properties and Global Telecom, to be agreed to by the Groups in terms of Section 2.1(b) of the Subscription Agreement, to be transferred to the Company by each of the Groups in accordance with Section 2 of the Subscription Agreement.
Initial Capital Contributions means the total of all Capital Contributions made to the Company by the Members in accordance with Section 4.1.1.
Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1(a).
Initial Capital Contributions as defined in Section 6.1.
