Subordinate Agreement definition

Subordinate Agreement means the Subordinate Trust Agreement, dated as of June 1, 1993, as amended, between the Authority and the Subordinate Trustee.

Subordinate Agreement means the Subordinate Trust Agreement dated as of January 1, 1991 between the LACMTA and the Subordinate Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

Related to Subordinate Agreement

  • Subordinate Obligations means, collectively, the Subordinate Notes and any Other Subordinate Obligations.
