Sublimit Amount definition

Sublimit Amount means an aggregate amount not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) with respect to all services provided under the Cash Management Sublimit and the International Sublimit.
Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000.
Sublimit Amount appearing in the Definitional Appendix to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting "EBIDTA" appearing therein and substituting therefor "EBITDA".

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the US Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

More Definitions of Sublimit Amount

Sublimit Amount means, as of any date of determination, (a) $25,000,000 minus (b) the sum of all Credit Extensions made under Sections 2.1.2, 2.1.3 and 2.1.4; provided however that the first $5,000,000 of the aggregate Credit Extensions under Sections 2.1.3 and 2.1.4 shall not be counted toward such Sublimit amount.

  • Sublimit means the aggregate amount of Warehousing Advances (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Warehousing Commitment Amount) that is permitted to be outstanding at any one time against a specific type of Eligible Loan.

  • Credit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(ii).

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.
