The Swing Line Lender shall remit to the Funded Swing Line Participant its pro rata portion of interest due and payable under Section 4.02 hereof in respect of the Funded Swing Line Participation Amount promptly after receipt of such interest by the Company.
In furtherance of Section 2.2(d), upon each receipt by a Lender of notice of an Event of Default from the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.5, such Lender shall promptly make available to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Swing Line Lender its Swing Line Participation Amount at the office of the Administrative Agent specified in Section 11.2, in lawful money of the United States and in immediately available funds.

Each Revolving Facility Lender shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Swing Line Lender in immediately available funds such Revolving Facility Lender’s Swing Line Participation Amount, and upon receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent shall promptly distribute such funds to the Swing Line Lender in like funds received.
If any amount required to be paid by a Lender to the Swing Line Lender pursuant to the above provisions in respect of any Swing Line Participation Amount is not paid on the date such payment is due, such Lender shall pay to the Swing Line Lender on demand interest on the amount not so paid at the overnight Federal Funds Effective Rate from the due date until such amount is paid in full.
