Subject Licenses definition

Subject Licenses means all FCC Licenses for the launch and operation of Satellites or for the operation of any TT&C Station (other than any FCC License held by Intelsat General Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries).
Subject Licenses means all FCC Licenses for the launch and operation of Satellites with C-band or Ku-band transponders and the operation of TT&C Stations used to control such Satellites and, from and after the launch of any Satellites other than those that have C-band or Ku-band transponders, the FCC Licenses for the launch and operation of such Satellites and for the operation of TT&C Stations used to control such Satellites.
Subject Licenses means (a) all licenses for the launch and operation of satellites at any orbital location in connection with Satellites with C-band or Ku-band transponders, (b) all other Netherlands authorizations for the launch and operation of Satellites with C-band or Ku-band transponders, and (c) from and after the launch of any Satellites other than those that have C-band or Ku-band transponders, (i) all licenses for the launch and operation of Satellites at any orbital location in connection with such Satellites and (ii) all other Netherlands licenses for the launch and operation of such Satellites.

Subject Licenses means all: (a) FCC Licenses for the launch and/or operation of Covered Satellites (other than licenses or authorizations that are no longer in effect, Section 214 common carrier authorizations, and licenses or authorizations relating to the operation of ground facilities and TT&C Stations) and (b) all licenses and all other approvals, orders or authorizations issued or granted by any Governmental Authority outside of the United States of America for the launch and/or operation of the Covered Satellites (other than licenses or authorizations that are no longer in effect, common carrier licenses or authorizations, and licenses or authorizations relating to the operation of ground facilities and TT&C Stations).

  • Patent Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensee or licensor and providing for the grant of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by any Patent (including, without limitation, all Patent Licenses set forth in Schedule II hereto).

This may also include any timber that has been independently verified as meeting all the producing country's requirements for a FLEGT licence, where a VPA has been signed but the FLEGT licensing system is not fully operational. Evidence from a country that has not signed up to a VPA which demonstrates that all of the requirements equivalent to FLEGT-licensed timber have been met will also be acceptable. CPET will produce further guidance on FLEGT-licensed or equivalent timber in due course.

  • Trademark Licensee means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or similar legal entity (and not a person) that has a written trademark license agreement with Registry Operator or its Affiliate, for use of the registered trademark owned by Registry Operator or its Affiliate, the textual elements of which correspond exactly to the .Brand TLD string operated by Registry Operator, where:

  • Company Intellectual Property Agreements means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party or is otherwise bound and (A) pursuant to which the Company or any Subsidiary has granted any rights with respect to any Company Intellectual Property or has been granted any rights with respect to any Third-Party Intellectual Property, or (B) that otherwise governs any Company Intellectual Property.

  • Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority.

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit H.
