Stockyard definition

Stockyard means the area if required, identified by MDO and further demarcated for stocking the sand excavated by the MDO, and from where sale of sand to the prospective buyers shall be done.
Stockyard means a livestock mar- ket which has received notice under section 302(b) of the Act that it has been determined by the Secretary to come within the definition of ‘‘stock- yard’’ under section 302(a) of the Act.
