Stockholder Documents definition

Stockholder Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Stockholder Documents means, together, the Shareholder Rights Agreements and the Registration Rights Agreements.
Stockholder Documents means any and all agreements, contracts or other arrangements to which a Stockholder and/or a Stockholder Affiliate is a party along with Search and/or a Search Affiliate.

Stockholder Documents means, collectively, the InvestorsRights Agreement, the Co-Sale Agreement and the Voting Agreement.
