Statutory Registers means the registers kept at the Registered

Related to Statutory Registers

  • Registered Nurse (RN) means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.

  • Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.

  • National Registry means the National Registry of Practising Lawyers established under the National Mobility Agreement;

  • Security Register and “Security Registrar” have the respective meanings specified in Section 305.

  • Registered Clubs Act means the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and any regulation made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976. Any reference to a provision of the Registered Clubs Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Registered Clubs Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Securities Register and "Securities Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 5.4.

  • Deputy Registrar means the Deputy Registrar elected by the Court in accordance with article 43, paragraph 4, of the Statute;
