State Directed Payment definition

State Directed Payment means a payment made by Contractor to eligible Participating Providers pursuant to a State Directed Payment Arrangement.

  • Notice shall be provided by issuance of a new or amended State Directed Payment Arrangement form, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Appendix P.

  • Permitted Payment as defined in Subsection 8.2(b).

  • Reduced payment means a payment that is for less than the amount agreed upon in a subcontract in accordance with its terms and conditions, for supplies and services for which the Government has paid the prime contractor.
