Examples of Restricted Payment in a sentence
Make any Restricted Payment, or agree to become or remain liable to make any Restricted Payment, except (a) dividends or other distributions payable to another Loan Party, and (b) so long as no Potential Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or would result therefrom, the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries may pay dividends in shares of its own Equity Interests (other than Disqualified Equity) in an aggregate maximum amount during any calendar year not to exceed $15,000,000.
Neither the Borrower nor any El Salvador Restricted Subsidiary shall make any Restricted Payment unless, on a pro forma basis after giving effect to any such Restricted Payment, the Borrower is in compliance with the Financial Covenant (tested at such time).
Make or permit any of its Subsidiaries to make any Restricted Payment other than Permitted Restricted Payments.
