Designated Payment/Transfer Office means (i) with respect to the initial Paying Agent/Registrar named herein, its office in Dallas, Texas, or at such other location designated by the Paying Agent/Registrar and (ii) with respect to any successor Paying Agent/Registrar, the office of such successor designated and located as may be agreed upon by the City and such successor.

Designated Payment/Transfer Office means (i) with respect to the initial Paying Agent/Registrar named in this Indenture, the transfer/payment office designated by the Paying Agent/Registrar, which shall initially be located in Wilmington, Delaware, and (ii) with respect to any successor Paying Agent/Registrar, the office of such successor designated and located as may be agreed upon by the City and such successor.

Designated Payment/Transfer Office means, initially, the office of the Trustee located in Houston, Texas, or such other office designated by the Trustee from time to time as the place of payment and transfer of registration of ownership of the Series 2011 Senior Lien Bonds.
