State assisted construction contract definition

State assisted construction contract means a contract for the construction, reconstruction, installation, demolition, maintenance or repair of a building or capital facility undertaken by a political subdivision of the commonwealth, or two or more political subdivisions thereof, an authority, or other instrumentality and whose costs of the contract are paid for, reimbursed, grant funded, or otherwise supported, in whole or in part, by the commonwealth.
