Stage 3 Inspection definition

Stage 3 Inspection means a complete inspection of the vehicle to include verification of as many sources of identification as possible at the discretion of the inspector. This level of inspection may only be conducted by Regional Managers and Commercial Vehicle Operator License (CVOL) Examiners.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Sampling means the distribution of samples to members of the general public in a public place.
