SSTA Side Letter definition

SSTA Side Letter means the side letter to the Strategic Supply and Technology Agreement to be entered into by the Seller and the Purchaser on the Initial Closing.

  • Management Fee Subordination Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Management Fee Subordination Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Sponsor and Agent and acknowledged by the Borrower.

  • Lender Fee Letter means each fee letter agreement that shall be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Servicer, the applicable Lender and its related Lender Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as amended, modified, waived, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.
