Specified Auction Rate Securities definition

Specified Auction Rate Securities means the specific Auction Rate Securities disclosed to the Global Agent and the Lenders on the Second Amendment Effective Date in a certificate delivered pursuant to Section 17(b) of the Second Amendment.
Specified Auction Rate Securities means the specific Auction Rate Securities disclosed to the Agent and the Lenders on the ARS Certification Date in a certificate delivered to the Agent on such date.

Examples of Specified Auction Rate Securities in a sentence

  • At the time of delivery of the financial statements provided for in subparts (a) and (b) above, a certificate signed by a Financial Officer of the Parent and the Company that sets forth the face value, temporary impairment and sale price (if applicable) of the Specified Auction Rate Securities and specifically indicates which Specified Auction Rate Securities have been sold and the date of each such sale.
