Special Escrow Account definition

Special Escrow Account means the escrow account created pursuant to the Escrow Agreement in respect of the Special Escrow Deposit.

More Definitions of Special Escrow Account

Special Escrow Account means a no-lien account to be opened by the Company with the Escrow Agent under the name and title “MPS Limited – Buyback 2020 – Special Escrow A/c” pursuant to the terms of Regulation 10 of Buyback Regulations for the purposes of the Buyback and to be operated by the Escrow Agent in accordance with the directions of the Manager subject to the terms of this Agreement;
