Sovereign Regulatory Reports definition

Sovereign Regulatory Reports means the Annual Reports of Sovereign on Form H-(b)11 filed with the OTS since December 31, 1995 through the Closing Date, any Current Report of Sovereign on Form H-(b)11 filed with the OTS from December 31, 1995 through the Closing Date and the Thrift Financial Reports of Sovereign Bank and accompanying schedules for each calendar quarter, beginning with the quarter ended December 31, 1995, through the Closing Date.
Sovereign Regulatory Reports means the annual reports of Sovereign or Sovereign Bank, as the case may be, filed with the OTS from December 31, 2002 through the Closing Date.
