SOFR Index Observation Period definition

SOFR Index Observation Period means in respect of each Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling “p” U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date in such Interest Period to, but excluding, the date falling “p” U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period, or such other period as may be specified in the Final Terms;

SOFR Index Observation Period means in respect of each Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling “p” U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date in such Interest Period to, but excluding, the date falling “p” U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period, or such other period as may be specified in the Final Terms. “p”, for any SOFR Index Observation Period, is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days specified in the applicable Final Terms, which shall not be specified in the applicable Final Terms as less than five U.S. Government Securities Business Days without the prior agreement of the Calculation Agent.

Related to SOFR Index Observation Period

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period (and the first Interest Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date which is p London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling p London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • SOFR IndexStart means the SOFR Index value on the day which is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date of the relevant Interest Period (an "Index Determination Date"); and

  • SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the day which is five U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • €STR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Base Index Figure means (subject to Condition 4.3(i)) the base index figure as specified in the relevant Final Terms;

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.
