Small Wireless Facility Permit definition

Small Wireless Facility Permit means the authorization granted after review and approval by the CPO of an application for a Small Wireless Facility.
Small Wireless Facility Permit means a permit issued by the Department authorizing the installation, mounting, maintenance, modification, operation, or replacement of a Small Wireless Facility or installation or replacement of a Wireless Support Structure in addition to Collocation of a Small Wireless Facility on the Wireless Support Structure.
Small Wireless Facility Permit means a permit obtained in accordance with this Part to install, mount, maintain, modify, operate, or replace a Micro Wireless Facility, Small Wireless Facility, or Utility Pole.

  • Small Wireless Facility Permit is required, as detailed in City Development Code §10-4I-4.

  • If on review the Town finds that the SWF interferes with such reception, and if such interference is not cured by the Permittee within sixty (60) days after notice from the Town, the Town may revoke or modify the Administrative Small Wireless Facility Permit.

  • If FCC Guidelines are changed during the period of any Administrative Small Wireless Facility Permit for a SWF use, then the SWF shall be brought into compliance with such revised guidelines within the time period provided by the FCC; or if no time period is stated, then within sixty (60) days of the effective date of such guidelines.

  • If compliance is not achieved in the sixty-day period, the Administrative Small Wireless Facility Permit may be revoked or modified by the Town.

  • Any violation of the terms of this Article or the Administrative Small Wireless Facility Permit may result in revocation by the Town of the Administrative Small Wireless Facility Permit.

  • Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Business Facility means any property including the land, improvements, indoor air, groundwater, and surface water that is or at any time has been owned, operated, occupied, controlled or leased by the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of their predecessors in connection with the operation of their respective business.

  • Energy facility means an energy plant or transmission

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or “LFIP”) shall mean the interconnection procedures applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that are included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) shall mean this Agreement, the form of interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility, that is included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Air navigation facility means any facility, other than one owned and operated by the United States, used in, available for use in, or designed for use in aid of air navigation, including any structures, mechanisms, lights, beacons, markers, communicating systems, or other instrumentalities or devices used or useful as an aid, or constituting an advantage or convenience to the safe taking off, navigation, and landing of aircraft, or the safe and efficient operation or maintenance of an airport, and any combination of any or all of such facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Power System means all aspects of generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity and includes one or more of the following, namely:-
