Siteworks Charges Document definition

Siteworks Charges Document means that document as published by Bord Gáis from time to time with the approval of the CER outlining the Operational Siteworks Fee and/or the methodology by which Operational Siteworks Fee shall be calculated and shall include any amendments, alterations or additions to such document as may be published by Bord Gáis from time to time with the approval of the CER.

Examples of Siteworks Charges Document in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the terms of the Siteworks Charges Document and the Siteworks Performance Document the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • If the Cancellation Notice is received by Bord Gais after the time period specified in the Siteworks Charges Document then the Company shall pay a fee (“Cancellation Fee”) to Bord Gais.

  • Connection Siteworks are activities outlined in the Siteworks Charges Document and which may be undertaken by the Transporter pursuant to the Shippers Connection Siteworks Agreement at the request of the Counterparty.The Counterparty to such an agreement shall be required to provide Security Cover for such services to be included in the Financial Security Amount as calculated under Section 5.

Related to Siteworks Charges Document

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Service Document means a claim form, application notice, order, judgment or other document relating to any Proceedings;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
