SIP Account definition

SIP Account means a Participant’s separate account, and each sub-account, under the SIP.
SIP Account means any account established under the SIP on behalf of a SIP Participant, including a: Before-Tax Account, After-Tax Account, Rollover Account, Designated Roth Account, Safe Harbor Match Account, Prior Plan Account, Company Match Account, New Matching Contribution Account, Nonelective Employer Contribution Account, and Transferred Plan Account.
SIP Account means a Participant’s separate account, and each sub-account, under the SIP, and as amended from time to time.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.
